Records website FamilySearch has added 25 million new records to its collections. What's more they're free to view.
Though the huge collection includes records from all around the world, there are three sets of indexed records from Britain. These are: Cheshire parish records (1530-1900) containing nearly three million names; Cheshire Bishop Transcripts (1598-1900) containing nearly two million names; and over 100,000 nonconformist records (1671-1900).
