Hello everyone
I have just become a new member, so I would love to hear from you.
I started genealogy as a part-time hobby, but it has become so much more than that, to the extent that I am now doing research for family and friends!!!
I live in Southampton, so if anyone needs any information in this area, I would be delighted to offer you my assistance.

Welcome to the forum. As a Sotonian myself I have spent several hours in the Southampton Archives.
If you post your areas of interest or any brickwalls you may have most members will help if they can.You might even find a connection with another forum member.
I don't get back to my home town much nowadays so may take up your offer if I need a lookup. Would be happy to reciprocate.

I am researching one of my daughter-in-law's ancestors, many of whom hail from Southampton and I often visit the Old Common Cemetery looking for graves lol.
